Cycle is currently seeking a Media Strategist to plan and execute paid media campaigns for influencer partnerships with global brands. The ideal candidate is a paid social expert who thrives in fast paced, data driven environments. The role will report to the Director of Paid Media and will engage with cross functional internal and client teams on a daily basis.

Ideal candidate has deep knowledge of and passion for paid social advertising within the influencer/brand partnership vertical, comfortable with analytics, insight, and measurement as well as being within a client facing role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build top notch media plans including strategy, benchmarks, segmentation and measurement approach based on client briefs.
  • Manage and execute paid distribution of full-funnel advertising campaigns across social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter and more.
  • Implement and advise on best practices for paid social creative and audience targeting with oversight from the Media Director.
  • Generate and speak to client and internal facing reporting and campaign insights requests on a regular and/or ad-hoc basis.
  • Communications lead with external teams including vendors and partners.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure full, on-time, and efficient delivery of paid campaigns.
  • Manage accurate budget reconciliation processes across media buys to ensure proper billing.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years professional experience working in paid social at a brand, publisher, agency, or similar.
  • Experience executing campaigns and optimizing across multiple paid social platforms in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in planning, managing and executing self-service paid social campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid social marketing fundamentals including targeting options and critical dimensions for measuring success (i.e.: targeting behaviors, demographics, etc.).
  • Strong client facing experience – able to effectively articulate media plans, requirements, performance results and learnings.
  • Experience managing monthly budgets over +$500K across multiple campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of the existing paid social landscape and enthusiasm for discovering new, emerging platforms or capabilities that increase efficiencies and engagement
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to comfortably translate large data sets into actionable takeaways and insights
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (experience with client-facing communication a must)
  • Experience in entertainment industry and influencer marketing a plus.
