NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Manager, Brand Marketing based in our Charlotte, North Carolina office.

The Manager, Brand Marketing is responsible for day-to-day oversight of the company’s Brand Marketing campaigns, including seamless integration with tracks and other key internal partners and external stakeholders, and ensuring marketing plans support business priorities.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage all aspects of Brand Marketing initiatives, including campaign and creative development for both Brand and Admissions work
  • Act as project management lead, overseeing all aspects of assigned projects from development of initial concept to execution
  • Work directly with agency partners to manage projects, feedback, and resources
  • Manage Brand Marketing initiatives including campaign and creative development for league-focused initiatives and NASCAR-owned track admissions campaigns
  • Champion multi-channel campaign platforms to elevate fan/consumer engagement
  • Partner with Marketing colleagues and internal departments to support industry marketing calendar and select industry initiatives
  • Act as a leader in developing strong relationship with NASCAR Creative Services team and assist NASCAR tracks in interpreting and communicating Brand direction
  • Supervise the delivery of paid media assets to Social, Digital, Media, and Communications teams
  • Manage collaboration with internal teams on creation and delivery of holistic, consistent consumer messaging and content plans
  • Assist with the management of promotional email creative and strategy for league and NASCAR-owned track initiatives
  • Oversee creation of internal and agency status reports, including meetings with colleagues and management
  • Partner with Media team and agency to manage the trafficking of league and track advertising creative
  • Manage production processes in collaboration with Driver and Team Marketing Services

Required skills / experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of marketing or marketing agency experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Project management experience in sports and/or consumer brand industry preferred.
