NASCAR Event Management seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Coordinator, Touring Series Racing Operations.

The Coordinator, Touring Series Racing Operations is responsible for coordinating support marketing programs for Touring Series Racing operations. This position also assists and will interact with race tracks, teams, and sponsors associated with Touring Series race events.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Order series marketing supplies such as series flags, uniform patches, series decals, victory lane supplies, etc for NASCAR Touring series, working with vendors to order supplies, tracking invoices and payments
  • Manage logistics of all marketing materials that are sent to tracks including printed materials and promotional signage for touring events
  • Coordinate pre and post event communication with tracks, setting up and running pre-event calls with track promoters leading up to our touring events
  • Coordinate series sponsor contract deliverables, including special award presentations and scripts, sponsor pa reads, photo documentation, and assist with prize money and decal contingency program
  • Work with NASCAR Productions on promotional video projects, distribution of videos, and footage license agreements for tracks and teams
  • Work with NASCAR creative design on digital and printed graphic needs for touring series and events
  • Coordinate driver appearances and promotions as needed
  • Prepare and distribute series marketing decks, race week updates, series logos, promotional videos, etc. to tracks and teams as requested
  • Request sanction tickets and event logos from tracks
  • Update race day run of show documents for pre race and post race logistics, working with tracks, marketing officials, and series directors to ensure all details are communicated and updated as needed for touring series events
  • Attend touring series race events to assist with marketing programs and series operations, including pre-race, post-race, autograph sessions, sponsor program management, etc.
  • Assist with track promoter events during Daytona Speedweeks and year-end Awards including track operator business meetings, hospitality functions, champions dinner, etc.
  • Coordinate with national series counterparts during combination events and to implement national series best practices in our touring series and vis-versa.
  • Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Approximate travel 40%, including weekends.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university;
  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in Marketing or Business; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
