NASCAR is looking for an Account Executive, Multicultural & Youth Marketing. This Account Executive is a key part of the team responsible for marketing programs, including the seamless integration with internal partners and external stakeholders in support of business priorities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Execute the marketing strategy, in partnership with Multicultural & Youth Marketing team

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and industry ambassador on the growing, powerful Multicultural & Youth audience

  • Manage marketing initiatives including concepting and creative development

  • Ensure cohesive messaging and promotion in collaboration with NASCAR Social and Digital teams

  • Ensure alignment and consistency between NASCAR brand team and MC & Youth marketing

  • Perform ongoing analysis of MC & Youth Marketing campaigns

  • Project management responsibilities include management of schedules, logistics, production timelines and approval processes

  • Support effective budget management and tracking throughout the year

  • Engage cross-functional teams to help influence their support and buy in for MC & Youth Marketing initiatives

  • Ability to prepare compelling presentations presented to senior leadership and industry stakeholders in order to get successful buy-in, support and resources for plans.

  • Exceptional team, interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills

  • Self-motivated, positive attitude and passion for marketing                      

  • Strong executional capabilities

  • Ability to prepare compelling presentations presented to high-level audiences to get successful buy-in, support and resources for plans

Travel: 15%, including weekends

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree from four (4) year college or university and a minimum of three (3) years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in sports and/or consumer brand marketing; marketing to targeted consumer audiences; and/or digital and/or social marketing.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Proficient on Company provided hardware and software. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
