Baltimore Ravens

General Description: 
The Baltimore Ravens are hiring two seasonal full-time groundskeepers for the 2024 season to assist with the daily maintenance of the Ravens home field at M&T Bank Stadium.  Individuals selected will work in conjunction with other grounds staff members to provide a safe, playable, and aesthetically pleasing field at the stadium.  The Ravens are looking for self-motivated, hardworking individuals who are passionate about the game of football and will be dedicated to the job.

This is a full-time, seasonal role. This position will generally work 40-50 hours per week during the Ravens 2024 Football season, with the opportunity for additional overtime based on weather and events. 

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily field maintenance of both the grass and artificial field surfaces
  • Field Painting
  • Set up and breakdown of the field grow light units
  • Tarp duties
  • Equipment maintenance
  • Organization and cleanliness of the grounds shop
  • Preparation for games and other stadium events
  • Field cleanup and repair following games
  • Operation of standard grounds equipment

Required Education/Experience:

  • Experience in an operations, maintenance, or groundskeeping/landscaping role
  • Associates/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Flexibility and availability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in inclement weather including rain, snow, wind, extreme heat or cold
  • Valid driver’s license
