General Description: This position is responsible for supporting the evolving needs of the Operations Department in all aspects of facility management and team travel. Strong and proactive communication and collaboration skills are essential as a large part of this role involves working across departments.
Duration: Approx. July 2025 to 2-4 weeks after the end of the Baltimore Ravens 2025 Football Season.
*This is not a team travel or team operations specific role. This internship encompasses many aspects of operations including facility operations; building operations and maintenance tasks (what it takes to run the training facility efficiently) as well as administrative tasks and travel logistics related to supporting the team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is interested in not only the details the help ensure efficient and safe travel for our team, but also someone who is interested in supporting events (set up and breakdown), has an eye for inefficiencies and a desire to improve processes as well as a passion for building operations and assisting with the day to day responsibilities of effectively running a professional sports facility.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor building to ensure staff needs are met in their work areas and the space is of the highest quality, including making suggestions for improvements.
- Manage vendor compliance of required documents for due diligence to include: progress tracking and milestone updates.
- Assist with team travel tasks as assigned to prepare for the upcoming season.
- Assist with coordinating off-season transportation and lodging for team.
- Assist with home game tasks as assigned to prepare for the upcoming season.
- Assist with other special projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with the facilities maintenance department to monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the UAPC.
- Assist with the planning and execution of special events, training camp, etc. hosted at the UAPC, including event setup, signage placement and participant registration.
- Conduct research and analysis and provide recommendations for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, document organization and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Education and/or Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)
- A collaborative service approach, commitment to teamwork, attention to detail and demonstrated commitment to process improvement.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity and experience with data management and reporting is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
