We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven General Manager to take D1 Chicago Oak Park to the next level—leading an elite team and driving a seven-figure training facility to success.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in fitness, sports performance, or business management (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of leading teams, driving sales, and hitting revenue goals.
  • Experience managing P&L and making data-driven business decisions.
  • Passionate about fitness and high-performance training—you live the athlete mindset.
  • Tech-savvy & marketing-minded—understands digital outreach, lead conversion, and local partnerships.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to ensure success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead & Develop an Elite Team – Oversee 7-15 staff, including performance coaches, front desk staff, and sales recruiters.
  • Be the Face of D1 Chicago Oak Park – Build community relationships and establish the facility as the premier training destination.
  • Manage Operations & Financials – Take full ownership of P&L, facility performance, and strategic growth.
  • Drive Sales & Membership Growth – Execute high-ticket sales strategies, community outreach, and VIP marketing events.

  • Base Salary: $70,000-$75,000 + Performance Bonuses (Up to $100K OTE).
